1. Taraflar ve Kabul (Parties and Acceptance)

Bu Hizmet Şartları, İş Pusula platformunu ("Sistem") kullanan tüm kurumlar, yöneticiler ve personeller ("Kullanıcı") için geçerlidir. Sistemi kullanarak bu şartları tamamen kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

These Terms of Service apply to all organizations, managers, and personnel ("User") using the İş Pusula platform ("System"). By accessing the system, you completely agree to these terms.

2. Hizmetin Kapsamı (Scope of Service)

İş Pusula; işletmelerin iş emirlerini (Work Order), personel görevlendirmelerini, müşteri kayıtlarını ve faaliyet raporlarını dijital ortamda takip etmelerini sağlayan bulut tabanlı bir iş yönetim yazılımıdır. İş Pusula, sistemin kesintisiz çalışması için çaba gösterir ancak donanım, internet veya üçüncü taraf hizmet sağlayıcılarından kaynaklı kesintilerden sorumlu tutulamaz.

İş Pusula is a cloud-based work management software that enables businesses to digitally track work orders, personnel assignments, customer records, and activity reports. While we strive for uninterrupted service, we cannot be held responsible for outages caused by hardware, internet, or third-party service providers.

3. Google Drive API Entegrasyonu ve Veri Kullanımı (Google Drive API Integration and Data Usage)

İş Pusula, kullanıcıların iş emirlerine kolayca dosya ekleyebilmesi için Google Drive API kullanır.

İş Pusula uses the Google Drive API to allow users to easily attach files to their work orders.

Sistem, yalnızca "drive.file" yetkisini (scope) talep eder. Sadece bizim uygulamamız üzerinden oluşturduğunuz veya yüklediğiniz dosyalar yönetilir.
The system strictly requests the "drive.file" scope. We only manage files that you create or upload specifically through our application.
Kişisel Veri Gizliliği: Uygulamamız kullanıcının Drive hesabındaki diğer özel fotoğraflara, dokümanlara veya dosyalara KESİNLİKLE erişemez, bunları okuyamaz, değiştiremez veya silemez.
Personal Data Privacy: Our application CANNOT access, read, modify, or delete any of your other private photos, documents, or files in your Google Drive account under any circumstances.
Yüklenen dosyaların bağlantıları (URL'leri) kurumunuzun kendi güvenli veritabanında şifreli olarak saklanır ve Google verileri asla üçüncü şahıslara satılmaz veya paylaşılmaz.
The links (URLs) of the uploaded files are stored securely in your organization's database. Google user data is never sold or shared with third parties.

4. Kullanıcı Sorumlulukları (User Responsibilities)

Kullanıcı, sisteme giriş bilgilerinin güvenliğinden bizzat sorumludur. Sistem üzerinden yasadışı, telif hakkı ihlali içeren, zararlı yazılım (virüs) barındıran veya üçüncü şahısların haklarını ihlal eden hiçbir içerik, dosya veya bağlantı yüklenemez. Aksi durumda hesap derhal askıya alınır.

The user is solely responsible for the security of their login credentials. Uploading illegal content, copyright-infringing materials, malicious software (viruses), or content violating third-party rights is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

5. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması (Limitation of Liability)

İş Pusula, sistemin kullanımından veya kullanılamamasından kaynaklanan doğrudan, dolaylı, tesadüfi veya cezai zararlardan (veri kaybı, iş kaybı, kar kaybı dahil ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere) sorumlu tutulamaz. Sistem "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır.

İş Pusula shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or loss of profits) arising from the use or inability to use the system. The service is provided on an "as is" basis.

6. Fikri Mülkiyet (Intellectual Property)

İş Pusula yazılımının kaynak kodları, tasarımı, logoları ve tüm fikri mülkiyet hakları İş Pusula'ya aittir. Kullanıcılar sistemi kopyalayamaz, çoğaltamaz veya tersine mühendislik yapamaz.

All source codes, designs, logos, and intellectual property rights of the İş Pusula software belong to İş Pusula. Users may not copy, reproduce, or reverse engineer the system.

7. Değişiklikler (Modifications)

İş Pusula, bu Hizmet Şartları'nı önceden haber vermeksizin tek taraflı olarak güncelleme veya değiştirme hakkını saklı tutar. Değişiklikler sitede yayınlandığı andan itibaren geçerlilik kazanır.

İş Pusula reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service unilaterally without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on the site.
